1700 mm High Platform Flip Flop Stacker with 180° Alternate Flip Stacking and Servo Flip System for High Speed Flute Laminator Lines

The GTS1500 is a specialized automatic bad-end stacking system designed to pair with high-speed flute laminators. It connects directly to the outlet of laminators from any brand, receiving laminated corrugated boards and conveying them into the stacker. The machine automatically counts, piles, and flips stacks alternately by 180°.

By alternating positive and negative stacking, the system releases internal stress within the boards, effectively preventing warping and curling. Equipped with a servo flip system, PLC & HMI control, and one-click size adjustment, the GTS1500 achieves a high-platform stacking height of up to 1700 mm. It greatly reduces labor costs and enables unmanned paper collecting for corrugated color box production lines.
