GFH Automatic High Speed Flute Laminating Machine

 

 

Machine overview:

GFH is the latest generation of high-speed automatic flute laminating machine developed by our company. The top paper of this machine adopts overlap feeding the principle of offset printer, and the top paper side gauge adopts the motion side gauge and the servo paper surface tracking and correction principle. And bottom paper use two lead edge system, no pressing rollers, use high flow suction to feed the paper, no pressure on paper. It can do best to keep the board original type. It can automatically detect the height of the corrugated paper, automatically adjust the gap between the rollers, automatically adjust the amount of glue, and the laminating roller does not need to be scrubbed. The maximum laminating speed can reach 200 meters/minute (24,000 sheets/hour). High speed, high efficiency and high precision are your ideal choice.

Performance characteristics:

1. Top sheet Overlap feeding+non -stop correction, high speed without losing accuracy. Speed can reach 180meters/min.

2. Bottom sheet Lead edge feeding system and high flow suction adsorption feeding. The bottom paper enter the glue roller directly (without pressure by roller, it will not destroy the corrugated paper stiffness), ensuring the pressure resistance of corrugated paper, and reducing the amount of glue by 30%, which not only saves money, but also solves the phenomenon of excessive gum.

BRANCH INTRODUCTION:
1. BOTTOM PAPER FEEDING


Lead edge feeding system. No feeding pressure structure doesn’t damage the corrugated and enhance the pressure resistance of the corrugated. The wheels use unidirectional bearing (reduce the wear of rubber wheels). The wide rubber wheels ensure that the E, F, and G corrugated does not deform. It can also run more than 400gsm of cardboard or gray board.

2. TOP SHEET FEEDING MECHANISM


Equipped with high speed shaftless feeder, and together with Becker vacuum pump. The front and rear of feeder are controlled by the servo motor. After input paper size, it will be automatically positioned. Feeding mode can choose overlap sheet or separation sheet type. Adopts top sheet aligner system to ensure high accuracy.

3. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

4. PRE-STACK PART


Pre-stack pile of paper under the condition of non-stop, improve efficiency.
The width of the pre-stacker is controlled by the motor, the size of the paper is automatically positioned. The dual -use lifting platform, we can use the pre-stacker structure to push the pre -pile of paper into the platform. We can also push the stack of paper directly into the platform. And the platform can be adjusted around the actual situation of the paper stack.

 

 

5. POSITIONING SYSTEM & GLUE ROLLER

 

Equipped with sensors and servo motor, control top sheets to do independent compensation action to make sure high accuracy. The design of large stainless steel anilox roller (160mm in diameter) is stable and high-efficiency, coat evenly and save glue.

ZSD pile turner machine

Product Introduction

The stacking machine is an accessory product of the flute laminating machine, which comprises a slow paper table, a stack of paper tables, a turning table and a paper receiving table. Wherein, the paper is connected to the crepe paper unit through the slow feeding table, and the paper is stacked into a paper pile and then sent into the turning table, and the paper pile turning mechanism in the turning table is used to turn the paper pile once and turn it to the turning table.

The top part is fed into the paper separation mechanism by the belt conveying mechanism and then enters the top of the receiving table. After the whole paper is finished, the paper is dropped onto the pallet of the receiving table, thereby achieving full automatic paper counting, paper turning and paper stacking. It has the advantages of flattening and affixing paper and greatly reducing manpower requirements and effectively improving the efficiency of paper delivery, reducing the manual delivery intensity.
