Automatic 3ply Litho Laminator Machine
INTRODUCTION:
This machine is a fast laminating tool for printing cardboard and corrugated paper. The whole machine is designed such that the top paper is fed by the feeder, and the bottom paper is composed of the automatic feeding part composed of the leading edge feeding, and the gluing and laminating, pressing and feeding parts. It is suitable for laminating cardboard and corrugated paper, making the cardboard more eye-catching, beautiful and high-strength. It is a new type of equipment for producing high-quality cardboard. For the packaging of food, wine, household appliances, light industrial products.
Servo laminating machine is easy to operate, we only need to type in the paper size and the machine would adjust the feeder, the bottom paper feeding and the pressure unit automatically, which realized the intelligent operation.
Remarks: The top sheet could be the printed color sheet, filmed paper and UV varnished and paper from offset printing machine.

1.BOTTOM SHEET FEEDING
Use imported Servo motor electric controlling system, with Japan NITTA suction
belt to make suction power inverter, Patented technology to ensure corrugate and cardboard goes out smoothly and simple operation.
2.TOP SHEET FEEDING MECHANISM
Both paper lifting and feeding nozzle of high speed auto dedicated feeder can be freely adjusted to be adapted to both thin and thick paper. Together with Becker pump, ensure top feeding paper run fast and smoothly.
3.ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Mainly using Siemens electric system to ensure machine stability, high efficiency and low failure. Using man-machine interface and PLC combination, display all the information on the screen.
